TP40

I have ordered about 18 Blue Chip picks so that speaks for itself. Nothing else needs to be said. Great picks and great personnell to work and talk with.

I really love this pick. It is so responsive, and gives my guitar more volume in sound. I do have to say that after using lighter picks to play with that I am still getting use to it. But altogether, I really like this pick and will most likely buy another in the near future. Thanks for making such a great product.

When i heardt all the guitar greats, i was always thinking , i missed somethings , i'm also have a good guitar and five fingers at each hand ... For sure it was the Bluechip pick ! Now i just have one fear...to loose it! I have to purchase one more , and will also try the fingerpick. The best pick i newer had ,to try it is to adopt it

Best feeling and sounding pick I have ever used in almost 50 years of playing guitar.

This is my 2nd Bluechip Pick. I play bluegrass and was recommended by several musicians. My first pick was a TD 35 which is a good pick. I decided to go with something bigger and all I can say is wow. This is a fast pick with no noticable pick noise. I highly recommend this Bluechip picks. I like them so much I bought my son and my best friend one each.

Julian Lage turned me on to this pick. It lived up to my expectations! It glides over the strings and I feel I have great control over dynamics with it, and having the symetrical shape with the three points all to use makes it easy to transition from fingerpicking to flatpicking without worrying about which side of the pick you've got. It also sticks in my fingers nicely, even though it glides so easily over the strings. So happy to have one pick that I love instead of a bucket of picks I don't quite love.

Have heard about BCP's for a long time, and just put it up to hype... I am a "bedside flatpicker," fiddle tunes are my game. My favorite pick for a lot of years was a Guild Heavy having gotten a handful at several Lets Meet Guild convocations at the factory in CT...I presume them to essentially be Fender Heavy's...when given the chance I have tried several "reclaimed" turtle picks, and did find them incrementally better than the Guilds...then, during a guitar-trade I acquired a BCP...the trader didn't know what it was, and I tried to let him know about its worth. Anyway, no question, the BCP is in the least "incrementally" better than the real turtle...as expensive, but without doubt legal! I had She-Who-Must-Be-Obeyed get me a larger profile for Christmas...gawd I love that woman!...all is right with the universe now..."Sigh!"

I like TP-style Blue Chip picks, beveled, for both mandolin and guitar, but I've never played a Blue Chip pick I didn't like!

I've always preferred triangle-shaped picks, and chose a TP40 for its size, which is slightly larger than a Dunlop Primetone "Small Tri" pick. To my surprise, the TP40 is even grippier than Ultex. The size and shape are perfect. I just wish I could buy them with texture for an even better grip, and in different colors, because it's just plain ugly. The price is ludicrous, but I did not factor it into my rating in the least.
