Product Description
The TP-1R is our classic triangular pick in a 40/1000 of an inch thickness with ONE ROUNDED CORNER. All of our picks are professionally machined, hand beveled, and laser etched.
Quarters, Nickels and Dimes, if included in the pictures, are for size reference only. They are not etched on the picks or included with the sale. To use this reference, please place a coin on your current non-Bluechip pick and then compare to the pictures of our picks with coins on top of them. This will help you choose the pick that is closest to your current favorite size and shape.

best flat pick ever!

I friend loaned me a Blue Chip pick one evening and I loved it so much, I ordered one. I was skeptical of spending $40 on one pick but I got one. I kept it in a little pick pouch, traveled the US playing music, and kept it for over three years! They do not wear out! About a month ago, it was lost somewhere in our house. I tried other picks but there was no comparison to the Blue Chip so I ordered another one! I will watch this one even more closely.

I’ve have tried many guitar picks, and was turned on to Blue Chip Picks from a musician friend. I ordered Two BCP originally, and liked the fact that I could add 2-lines of personalization and that the picks could be ‘beveled’ for right and left hand players, this is a big advantage for any guitar player and results in better performance all the way around. I was also impressed with the durability and sound of the finished product, this will keep me in the Blue Chip brand for years to come..

This pick improved my playing. I really like the rounded corner, it lets me know if I'm holding the pick right. The speed bevel helps move across the strings and I have more confidence. Yes it's expensive, but it's worth it!

I recently bought a couple of Blue Chip picks and they are great. I've played guitar for 35 years and used all many of things as picks. My TP40-1Rs are the best I've used. They are easy to hold, the rounded corner is really nice, and there is no pick noise. The tone feels much more natural and it is great on my Jazz Box or on my Tele.
Very happy.

I love Blue Chip picks and I get this pick in 35. I like the fact that I can get it customized to the thickness I want. And they ship super fast.

I’ve been using Blue Chip picks for several years now. They are very consistent do not wear out stay lubricated and are comfortable in my right hand. I very much appreciate the rounded corner on this particular pick....love it so much that I’ve given a couple of them away to my students and friends. I have only broken one....don’t even know how it happened but I will be playing Blue Chip picks until I die.

GREAT For Electric!

Hi,
I have two other 50 picks which were too stiff for electric. Excellent for flatpicking acoustic but too hard for me on electric. Too bright on rhythm playing.
40 is PERFECT! I love the 1 rounded corner but think I want all 3 rounded as the sharp corners again too bright.
Not the tone I like on the acoustic. I'll stick with the 50! At least I know now! I'll be buying more...maybe today! Best picks made!

Easy to handle, versatile pick with round and pointed edge makes for good variation in tone.
