  1. Wow. 5 Star Review

Posted by on 9th Aug 2020

This pick improved my playing as soon as I started using it. Unbelievable control and tone... and I don't even have to think about it. The pick just responds to whatever I'm doing and feels rock solid doing it. And the tone!!
I have many guitars and amps but in over 40 years of playing, never experienced a pick like this. I don't think I can ever go back to using Fender Heavies or Dunlops again.

  2. The best pick 5 Star Review

Posted by on 5th Jun 2020

I lost the pick I had been using for more than 5 years, so I purchased it again.
I'll keep using it for the rest of my life, being careful not to lose it.

  3. Three Rounded corners is the best 4 me 5 Star Review

Posted by on 26th Dec 2018

The rounded corner glides across my 6 string like no other pick has ever.
I love the 80 with rounded corners.
    Well worth the price.
Usually my playing only improve with practice.
This pick makes me sound better than ever.
I love my Blue Chip Picks.

  4. Who pays $50 for a pick? 5 Star Review

Posted by on 29th Dec 2016

Is it the best in the Universe? Do`nt know bout that, best on Earth? I think so. Best I`ve used for sure. Heck I usually make about 50 for playing a three hour gig. So I bought two. Seriously if you think it costs too much, do`nt buy it. I prefer that, leaves me with an advantage. I play professionally about 4 nights a week, practice a lot . I started in 1974, I will not play again with anything but a BlueChip. It improved my already great tone, not easy, and made made a smoother picker, some say that that was not possible. Unleash the possible, buy a BluChip. I prefer the tone of the heavy ones! Keep on Swingin with great tone.........

  8. really good tone 5 Star Review

Posted by on 16th Oct 2012

i was turned onto blue chip picks by my teacher, who plays one
i was really surprised by how little noise there was and how much smoother the pick feels
it makes it feel like the pick doesn't make any noise until you really commit to plucking the string

  9. Crazy good! 5 Star Review

Posted by on 20th Apr 2012

It is hard to believe that 3 years ago I was using .71 mm Delrin picks. I have found for electric guitar thicker pick = thicker tone and the great thing about Blue Chip TAD80-1R is, unlike thick polycarbonate picks, there is very little, if any, pick noise. With a light touch and a clean amp you can get a great traditional jazz sound using the round end or a percussive snap using the pointed ends.
