This is the TAD-3R pick in 60/1000th of an inch(1.5mm) thickness. It is identical to the TAD, but HAS THREE ROUNDED CORNERS. All of our picks are professionally machined, hand beveled, and laser etched.
Quarters, Nickels and Dimes, if included in the pictures, are for size reference only. They are not etched on the picks or included with the sale. To use this reference, please place a coin on your current non-Bluechip pick and then compare to the pictures of our picks with coins on top of them. This will help you choose the pick that is closest to your current favorite size and shape.

I am a hospital Hospice and Palliative Care chaplain. while I am not a professional musician I have taken lessons from a gifted well known musician/teacher for eight years. I have the privilege of playing bedside and in our memorials , music for our terminally ill patients, families and their children. I have been entrusted with some very old vintage Martin guitars that i use. while I normally play finger style I have searched high and low for some flat picks and thumb picks that feel and sound good and give honor to what I do with my Martin guitars. Your picks both flat picks and thumb picks enable me to play bedside and in a small group setting with an amplifier and the tone and feel are sensational. I have tried almost all of the popular flat picks and thumb picks and had almost given up until I found your Blue Chip TAD -3R-60 and your JD Crowe Thumb pick. The fit and feel are sensational. The tone is incredible. the tone ,feel, sound and feeling of connection with the guitar is mystical and incredible. I do think that if more ordinary players like myself were introduced to your picks-they would gladly switch and pay the difference. while they do cost More than cheap plastic picks they seem to give honor to the guitar and fit the spirit of the music. in life, you get what you pay for.. why have a nice guitar and use ridiculous cheap plastic picks really!!! Why? your picks make it easier and much more rewarding to play. Respectfully, chaplain George Francis..

I recently purchased a TAD60-3R with engraving.
If you like a really heavy pick this one performs great! I really like the sound I get with the rounded corners and having my name engraved gives it a little texture to help holding on to it.
i highly recommend the Bluechip picks as well as the folks at Bluechip.

I have several instruments so I just bought one Blue Chip pick for each one. Couldn't afford to be without one when I need it. Had them engraved so I know they're mine. Love the feel and sound and they don't slip and twist in my fingers. Worth every penny of the cost.

I was a bit hesitant to spend so much money for a pick but I was curious . this is my first BlueChip I haven't had it to long but so far so good . I love my guitars and wasn't worried about spending big money on them. the pick just makes them sound and play so much better I will buy more thanks Bob..

Just a wonderful pic. Funny cause I was at a house jam and showing it to the guitar player and bragging about how I never lost it... Got home and it was gone. Spendy but immediately bought another one. Great company to work with, thanks!

Recently discovered that it’s handy to have rounded corner picks for practice. Softer tone and lower volume are good for late night practice. Nice warm tones for both single note as well as great chord comping tone. I have a CT-55 and this pick to cover a wide tonal spectrum.
