The TP is our classic triangular pick in a 60/1000 of an inch thickness(1.5mm). The TP is the same size as the TPR, but has slightly sharper corners. All of our picks are professionally machined, hand beveled, and laser etched.
Quarters, Nickels and Dimes, if included in the pictures, are for size reference only. They are not etched on the picks or included with the sale. To use this reference, please place a coin on your current non-Bluechip pick and then compare to the pictures of our picks with coins on top of them. This will help you choose the pick that is closest to your current favorite size and shape.

I love these picks, they are like no others. Now I am spoiled and will only use these picks to play my Taylor. I love fiddle tunes on guitar and these picks really do it for me. The TP60 has a bit more density and is my preference.

I originally got a 35 for my mandolin and that was a bit thin. The 60 is perfect for me. I don’t know what else to say except that they deliver fantastic picks, custom even, in no time at all.

Same quality as always. Clean edges, slick finish, pulls great tone, nothing better than a Blue Chip. You guys are rockstars!

The best pick I have ever used , I have done comparisons of other picks such as Martin LUXE picks . I found that my HD-28 sounds so much clearer, the strings come alive no matter how soft or hard I hit the strings. I have others listen while I played and unknowing I was changing picks they could hear a difference in how it rang out . Try one and you too will hear the difference

My favorite of the Blue Chip picks is the TD 60, but the TP
is great if you like triangular picks. Do yourself a favor and buy a case to keep them in, though, given the price per pick. These picks are worth every penny, but we all know how easy it is to lose guitar picks and you will not want to lose a Blue Chip. They’re a game changer for flatpicking.

Have many of these babies. Daily tough choice: Organic or Blue Chip?

I was hesitant about spending 35+ dollars on a pick.
Tried many in attempt at finding an alternative.
Nothing really compares to the feel, tone, playability and longevity.
I carry it with me everyday and will be a repeat customer of Bluechip picks.

Having had the CT55 and the TP48 I felt the TP60 would be best and that’s been proven correct. I found the CT55 was thick enough for flatpicking but a bit unwieldy for me. The TP48 is the right size but a little too much flex. I now have the happy medium in the TP60. Now all I have to do is to keep the picks away from the cat who thinks it’s fun to “hide” them!

Having experienced a real tortoise shell pick, I have searched for a pick that would come close. The tone of tortoise shell, the way the pick slides off the string and yet sticks to my fingers has been a "holy grail" combo for me. Those cute tortoises are protected, so those picks are not an option. I've tried many other picks, and none have really hit the mark. The Blue Chip TP60 is pretty close, with the added advantage of being more durable than tortoise shell, with a variety of shapes and beveled edges.
I have read that the material used for the Blue Chip picks is expensive, and appreciate that some hand work goes into applying the bevels. I'm a bit frustrated at the price, as I've been known to loose a few picks over time. I am careful with how I hang on to this pick, but the cost of replacement is concerning. Good thing that I like it so much.
Overall, I think it's a good value only IF you are not satisfied with the other options on the market. It's an expensive thing to try, so see if there is a music store that carries them and will let you try them out.

Just want to personally thank the hard working people at Blue Chip for this amazing guitar pick. I don’t even know how to explain it but after getting the word on these, this was so worth the purchase. This pick makes my acoustic guitar sound amazing and just brings out the voice in a unique way. I really really appreciate you guys down there and hope that this message gets carried along. I will most certainly be a returning customer in the future and will recommend your picks to other players; particularly Bluegrass jammers like myself. Thank you thank you thank you!
