Product Overview
The TP is our classic triangular pick in a 50/1000 of an inch thickness(1.25mm). The TP is the same size as the TPR, but has slightly sharper corners. All of our picks are professionally machined, hand beveled, and laser etched.
Quarters, Nickels and Dimes, if included in the pictures, are for size reference only. They are not etched on the picks or included with the sale. To use this reference, please place a coin on your current non-Bluechip pick and then compare to the pictures of our picks with coins on top of them. This will help you choose the pick that is closest to your current favorite size and shape.

5 Worth every penny
Posted by Dave C. on 25th Dec 2024
I’ve been using Blue Chip picks for over two years now and am more than satisfied with them. They glide over the strings and feel tacky in my fingers as it warms up. The best part is that my oldest Blue Chip pick that I have been using daily for 2+ years has no sign of wear.

5 A guitar's best friend.

These folks got it right. Can't say enough about the way this pick feels and plays. Sticks in my hand yet glides over the strings beautifully. Love that these are made one at a time with a lot of love. Not many companies these days do the same so please support the ones that do. Get one and enjoy it, your guitar will thank you!

This is my 2nd pick so far. First purchase was a TAD 60. Like to use different pick shapes. Yes, expensive but I am extremely happy with the performance. Customer Service is best in class!!

5 Only Picks Ill Use.
Posted by Cole Lee on 30th Jul 2024
These are the perfect fit for me. I have been a professional musician for 23 years, I gig every single day of the year. I know that sounds ridiculous, but it is the truth. I exclusively use Bluechip Picks. They allow me to switch from bluegrass, to country, to rock and always have the same feel no matter the instrument. I also play banjo and love there JD Crowe model thumb picks. You can’t go wrong if you need a replacement for tortoise picks.

4 Over-priced?
Posted by Chappy on 27th Mar 2024
Don't get me wrong...it's a really nice pick. But let's get serious here.....IT'S A PICK. It doesn't produce a phenomenal tone, it's nice but not great. I have Snark picks that give a better tone. I can also get a better tone with picks cut from credit cards. The bevel is nice but it hasn't improved my flatpicking at all. Maybe I'm different than most pickers? In fact, I find the bevel slides by the string and doesn't give me the same tone as celluloid....which is good for speed but not so much for tone. You can get the same result from a little effective practice. The semi-grippy material is nice. I'm told they last forever. But at the end of the day, it's still just a pick. For $35? C'mon man. Maybe 3 picks for $20 would get a higher rating? IDK, it's still just a pick.

Pricey but worth every penny. Outstanding for flat picking and strumming as well. A definite game changer.
