The TP is our classic triangular pick in a 50/1000 of an inch thickness(1.25mm). The TP is the same size as the TPR, but has slightly sharper corners. All of our picks are professionally machined, hand beveled, and laser etched.
Quarters, Nickels and Dimes, if included in the pictures, are for size reference only. They are not etched on the picks or included with the sale. To use this reference, please place a coin on your current non-Bluechip pick and then compare to the pictures of our picks with coins on top of them. This will help you choose the pick that is closest to your current favorite size and shape.

This is the perfect pick. I don't know what it is, but this pick stays put in your hand. The sound from my instrument was never better! The speed bevels make it glide through the strings with no pick noise. I will never use another brand. The TP-50 is it!

I know what you’re thinking, there’s no way this pick is better than a standard .50 cent pick. IT IS. BUY IT. I can’t explain it, and neither can Blue Chip, less they let their secret out of the bag for their competition to take advantage of. Absolutely. The. Best.

The pick itself is exceptionally made and sounds great, but what it does best is let me play, enjoy, and get lost in my instrument in a way I thought I had lost. Tremendously joyful experience.

I stuck with this pick, and despite my last three star review I'd like to revise that to 5 stars. I've put a lot of hours on this and I'd say 100% worth it, just took a little to grow on me. GREAT pick.

The TP-50 is the perfect pick from Bluechip. I’ve owned several different shape Bluechip picks and I always find myself going back to the TP-50. These picks really bring out the best in my guitar and my playing.

I was reading a lot of reviews and I really don't get it. Maybe this was the wrong pick for me but I really was hoping this would improve my guitars tone and playability. I have done recordings that show its really negligible. Maybe Id prefer a different size or shape, but this one doesn't blow me away at all.

I like these picks. They are comfortable to hold. The play quick, and the sound they produce has a rich balance of warm and bright tones with clearly articulated attack.

Prior to buying the TP50 I never really put serious thought into my guitar picks. I recall asking at a college party if anyone had a quarter I could use as a pick. Yes, I was that acoustic guitar guy. Fast forward ten years and I start catching on that all of the musicians I look up to use these Blue Chip picks. So I decided I’d pick one up. My gasp was audible. “That’s a pricey pick!” I said aloud while I waited for my my $6 coffee. The coffee is critical to this, because if I hadn’t just spent $6 on subpar copy I probably would have just used a quarter to pluck the ol strings. But I rationalized that the pick is really just the price of 6 coffees. I’d just take a week off from Starbucks and buy one of these bad boys. See what the hype is all about, you know?
The pick came in the mail a few days later. Speedily shipped and lovingly packaged, this order was. Immediately I could tell it wasn’t like the picks (and spare change) that I was used to. No, this thing stayed in my grip so well I could almost forget it was there. Then I struck the strings. It was a G Major chord with the ninth added for flavor. My guitar sounded different. It sounded much fuller. Within 30 minutes I was sold on it. This pick has really increased my dynamic range as a player. I feel more a part of the music that I ever have before. If I lost it I would surely by another. If I’m at a show and the following act asks if I have a pick they can borrow then I will lie to them. “No,” I’ll say, “sorry I just have a quarter. You can keep it though.” All the while I’ll be turning the TP50 over in my pocketed hand like Gollum from The Lord Of The Rings.
I love Blue Chip Picks!
