The TP is our classic triangular pick in a 48/1000 of an inch thickness(1.22mm). The TP is the same size as the TPR, but has slightly sharper corners. All of our picks are professionally machined, hand beveled, and laser etched.
Quarters, Nickels and Dimes, if included in the pictures, are for size reference only. They are not etched on the picks or included with the sale. To use this reference, please place a coin on your current non-Bluechip pick and then compare to the pictures of our picks with coins on top of them. This will help you choose the pick that is closest to your current favorite size and shape.

I started with a TD 45 and really liked it. Then I got a TP 48 that is wonderful for flatpicking acoustic. The larger size gives me some more leverage. Plus Billy Strings uses them so I can't go wrong!
Great stuff!

Might be the most expensive thing I own in the house, but it’s worth every penny. All joking aside, these picks deliver. I can flat pick and strum with great tone. I don’t drop it like I used to with other picks. My right hand is faster than I’ve ever gotten it and my confidence has gone up. Worth every penny and I own two.

Ordered a tp48 online and Irish delivery messed it up - These guys completely sorted the issue for me and resent the package. 10/10 Customer experience and the quality of the pick is also 10/10. Would highly recommend and will be sure to purchase from these guys again!

My guitars sound better than ever! Plus it doesn't "slide around" when I'm playing. Worth every penny

I like that it’s punchy and direct with a bit of bounce and flex for the best of both worlds for picking and strumming, while having a wide dynamic range.
I asked if it could be made into a TP481R, and they said sure, so I can easily get a softer sound and attack with the rounder tip.

I have been using Blue Chip picks about 10 years or so. I have about three different styles I have used in the past, but now exclusively use the TP48 for both guitar and mandolin. The tone , feel and ease of positioning are tremendous. I can’t recommend them enough.

Love these picks, been using TD 45 for about 10 years, recently bought two of these but couldn't quite get used to it so i exchanged one for my usual 45, couldn't have had a nicer experience with the team, they switched it out and send a new TD right out to me. Thanks for everything you guys do and for making great picks that sound great and last !

Easily the best pick I've ever owned. I've used every style, size, shape and material. These are my favorite. Yes, you have to take out a second mortgage to afford one but if you're lucky and can keep up with very small things it just might be worth it.
