Product Description
The TP is our classic triangular pick in a 48/1000 of an inch thickness(1.22mm). The TP is the same size as the TPR, but has slightly sharper corners. All of our picks are professionally machined, hand beveled, and laser etched.
Quarters, Nickels and Dimes, if included in the pictures, are for size reference only. They are not etched on the picks or included with the sale. To use this reference, please place a coin on your current non-Bluechip pick and then compare to the pictures of our picks with coins on top of them. This will help you choose the pick that is closest to your current favorite size and shape.

Figured I would splurge a little and see if it was worth it.

I know it sounds crazy, but playing with this pick made me want to play so much more. It was like the feeling you get when you get a new guitar and its so exciting to play. Instantly I noticed that it wasn't going to spin in my fingers like most pics. The pick felt like an extension of my fingers. Made me play faster and sound better. I used to always play without a pick because I liked the warmer tone I got with my fingers. The material of this pick makes everything sound nice and smooth. I know this sounds too good to be true, but if you have some extra money, I would definitely recommend these pics. I will never use anything else.

I have a handful of different blue chip picks, and over the past few months this has become the one I reach for most often. The 50 is great, too, but I prefer the stiffness of the 48. Other picks work just fine, but nothing is as comfortable to me. The difference in tone is subtle, but it's there. Once you go blue chip you never go back!

TP48 best balance of size, shape, thickness overall

As a use or many Blue Chip Picks, mainly TAD 50 lately, I was curious why Bryan Sutton and Billy Strings both spoke so highly of the TP48 so I got one. After a day or two of adjusting to the slightly smaller size and slightly thinner profile I came to LOVE the pick and now it is all I use, very nimble and precise, with great tone, and large enough to still have a firm grip. It's my go to pick now. Of course I am still waiting for it to make me play like Bryan and Billy ha ha. Great pick. These guys know why, and now so do I.

Slides off the strings like a greased monkey and picked up my speed in a much more soothing manner. Obvious why the pros use these.

TP48 pick is very nice lightweight and it feels so nice in my hands that I had to order another one so now I have two. Some of the songs that I would do how do use my fingers and pick but with this pic I can do either Ipick or fingers. It’s very nice pic smooth and fast and accurate.

I don't feel the difference between this pick and a 4 dollar pick that's about the same thickness. I was truly expecting to feel and hear a difference, based on the reviews, but I just don't. You have a genius in charge of your marketing. Good Job.

I was skeptical when I saw the price tag and after months of trying different picks and saving up I finally bit the bullet for the BlueChip. Playing on it I instantly noticed the difference in the way it sounds on the strings and feels in my hand. ITs really made of great precision and quality and after hearing how I sound now, I doubt I will ever go back! Overall very glad I bought it and now I'm just hoping I don't lose it.

I’m extremely pleased with my Bluechip pick TP48! It feels great in my fingers and produces the best tone of any pick I’ve tried since my tortoise shell pick of 35 years ago!

Thanks to the bluechip TP-48 and Bluechip team for an excellent pick, I'm a total beginner, so I used to believe that the pick didnt matter so much as you practiced everyday (which is still important to note), but wow was I ever wrong, this pick literally transformed any attempt of alternate speed picking i had undertaken to date.
