The TPR is our classic TP pick with corners that are slightly round in a 60/1000th of an inch(1.50mm) thickness. Our picks are all precision machined and hand beveled for the highest quality.
Quarters, Nickels and Dimes, if included in the pictures, are for size reference only. They are not etched on the picks or included with the sale. To use this reference, please place a coin on your current non-Bluechip pick and then compare to the pictures of our picks with coins on top of them. This will help you choose the pick that is closest to your current favorite size and shape.

I've been using these picks since 2008. I've not found anything else that does the job as well, let alone better. Brilliant!

Great picks! Wont play with anything else.

I used to gripe about spending more than $1 for a pick, but saw all of the hype about these and thought "why not"? I purchased one and absolutely love it. It feels and sounds great and feels like one of those picks that will pretty much last a lifetime. I'm sure it will wear out eventually, but I play mandolin constantly with it and pretty hard, and not even a scuff on it or signs of use. Pretty good stuff they must use to make this pick withstand that kind of abuse with no signs of wear whatsoever. Great pick.

I've played Bluechp picks for several years, having first played a JD Crow banjo thumbpick, and then moving on to guitar picks. I've tried several, including TD50 and 60, and TAD3R 50 and 60. The TD was too small for my hands, while the TAD3R was a tad too big, and torqued while I played. I'm trying both a TPR 50 and 60 now. The size and shape seem to suit me well, the sound is deep and solid on either pick, with all my guitars, and the pick feels smooth and fast. I've also tried Wegen, RedBear, Fast Turtle, and whatever the local music store has to offer in a heavy pick, but just really like these a lot. The TPR seems to be the pick for me. But I'd have to say that Blue Chip picks are generally the best I can find, and customer service is always great.

Wasn't sure before I tried one, but I'm very pleased with the TPR-60. Similar to Wegen's, but with out the graininess. It has extreamly smooth attack, and brings out the very best of my engleman top F-5. It's a solid investment.

I had purchased a TRP 50 and a TRP 60. The TRP 50 is a bit brighter than the TRP60 but I love the solid sure feel and tonal quality of the TRP 60. Deep rich lows and snappy highs; on my mandolin and as well on my Martin acoustic guitar too. I find myself swapping between the 50 and 60 during recording overdubs to add different tonal character to each track. But the TRP 60 is the one I use when I need smoother flow and deeper tones for the fast runs - It stays put in my fingers and no matter how I turn the pick it never changes the way I'm sounding. Speed bevel is the way to go!
I will never purchase anything other than a BluChip Pick for any of my needs - beit an acoustic or electric guitar and for my electric bass as well along with, of course, the mandolin. GREAT INVESTMENT.

Tis is the second one of these picks that I've bought. These picks have the best feel and tone of any pick that I've used.

This is a perfect thickness and shape for electric bass. Super smooth release, nice round defined tone. Three consistent rounded points with a bevel means there's no wrong way to hold it - all three sides are identical. Up to now I used the shoulder of a standard 451 pick - The TPR has a similar shape and feel but the same on all three sides and definitely more smoothly tooled and durable.
