The TPR is our classic TP pick with corners that are slightly round in a 60/1000th of an inch(1.50mm) thickness. Our picks are all precision machined and hand beveled for the highest quality.
Quarters, Nickels and Dimes, if included in the pictures, are for size reference only. They are not etched on the picks or included with the sale. To use this reference, please place a coin on your current non-Bluechip pick and then compare to the pictures of our picks with coins on top of them. This will help you choose the pick that is closest to your current favorite size and shape.

The best pick I have ever used my favorite

There's no doubt about it, these are amazing picks. I find that a lot depends on what gauge strings you are using and what type of guitar. I would say the TPR60 picks which are about 1.5 mm are perfect for me using a Strat with 10 gauge. On Archtops, where I use 11's or 12 gauge they are also great but because you have more resistance from the heavier strings, they can slip round if you're not careful and they could use a grip of some sort in the middle. I have been reluctant to do it so far with a $35 pick, but am going to make some criss cross scoring marks in the middle with a knife to help the grip. I've done this with many other picks and it works. All in all it's one of the two best picks I've ever found. (the other one being the Wegen Bluegrass but I'm not sure I should say that)

These are some of the best picks I have ever used. I play guitar and mandolin and use the same pick for both. I now have one in each guitar case and in my mandolin case. I highly recommend these for who ever plays bluegrass gospel or what ever style they play. Thanks for a great product. Bill K.

Recently I had posted a review of the TAD 60 3r.. Tumi that pic was just too large and I gave up control. So I thought I would try the tpr 60. This pick is exactly what I was looking for. Delivers an unbelievable tone and still has good pic control.
I do wish they would make a pick like this that had a thumb bevel or imprint. I believe the control would then be even greater
But if you're wondering if this pick is worth the money... I have ordered three of them and give to my band members because I think they are awesome.

I have been experimenting with different shapes and thicknesses, and the TPR60 might be my ideal pick. There is no doubt that this material is my favorite, though; for my playing, nothing else available matches the feel and tone of Blue Chips. This pick is quite stiff and substantial, and particularly good for playing lead (bluegrass / flatpicking) and heavy rhythm. I wouldn't say that it's ideal for simple strumming, but that's not my bag.

I really like this pick. It has a right hand speed bevel and that works great for the way I play. I use it both on my mandolin and guitar. Thanks for a good product. Bill K.

A friend started telling me how great, and me being scotch, replied never, never. After reading the reviews, I started thinking, is there something getting past me? So I bought a TAD-3R 60, not knowing what to buy. If I lost it(bought the pouch around my neck) Id buy another. I love this pick, so much,
I would buy another now if I knew what I needed. What model? I really love the TAD-3R 60 Its great!

Excellent feel and control. Have been trying different picks for 30+ years and this one takes me to another level. I ordered a TPR50 and TAD50-3R also. But the TPR is my favourite. The others are great for different guitars & songs, so I'll just take some time to work that out. Overall though, an outstanding pick. I play early 60's stratocasters through a couple of Tony Bruno amps. The TPR60 is worth every cent! Many thanks.

I have played mandolin seriously for more than ten years. The first few were spent investigating, trying and purchasing different picks.
None of the ones I tried produced the tone from the instrument that I wanted and they all twisted as I played or indeed were easily dropped.
I then discovered and purchased my first Bluechip pick and was completely and immediately happy! They seem to last forever (especially the three point style), glide over the strings and stay glued to your fingers. They also produce a wonderful tone.
Ignore friends who call you mad to pay the cost, they're a great investment and with some care I've only lost 2 in the last four years.
A word of warning to UK buyers. You will pay VAT tax and Royal Mail handing charge.
Finally, the Dobro picks are also excellent and last for ages!
