    The perfect mandolin pick

Posted by Catherine on 3rd Oct 2016

I am so happy with this pick for my Mando, low pick noise, perfect size and thickness, and doesn't slide around on my fingers. I feel it gives the Mando the best tone to my ear. Thank you for making the perfect pick!

    Feels and Sounds Great

Posted by Guiro Grass on 6th Jun 2016

Just ordered my second TPR-40. I played the first one as a trial and it did not take long the fall in love with it. The feel is unlike any other pick I have handled. The pick to string action is just right whether in rhythm or flatpicking. Its longevity is worth the investment as well. I practice between 3-5 times a week with 1-2 gigs a week on top of that. The pick held up well through all of this for about 9 months before I felt a slight loss in depth on the pick edge. And that loss was only 1-2 mils. I will definitely keep playing with these picks and promoting their use.

I like the bevel on this pick. It fairly glides over the strings

    Nothing like a "Blue Chip"

Posted by Ron Kusina on 28th Jul 2015

I love the firm feel and the sound of my Blue Chip picks. Lots of mid range and great bass, with an excellent "woody" tone. They are all I'm picking up anymore!

Tone tone and more tone with Blue Chips Pics

Posted by Sims Delaney-Potthoff on 15th Jul 2015

I can't say enough about Matthew's work. Honestly, I am playing and sounding better, it feels better, I am more drawn to the Mando and Guitar and have become insanely rich using my Blue Chip - rich in texture and tone of coarse.

    7 years and counting....

Posted by Eddie Lastra on 16th Mar 2015

Playing on the first TPR 40 pick I bought 7 years ago, the lettering has worn off but the edges have not, this pick is indestructible! Can't say enough good things about it. I have not found a better tone in any other pick I've tried. Thanks for this great product!

The pick we've all been looking for...

Posted by Stephen Schuffert on 8th Dec 2014

I'm a Nashville stage and studio veteran of many years and I've also done extensive international work as well. Matt has created a truly unique and great product here! These picks absolutely deliver the "ultimate tone and feel" and don't seem to wear at all. My first Blue Chip pick was a TD-50. My next order is for a few TPR-40's. In my honest opinion this is the pick we've all been searching for. I am really glad I discovered it, thank you Blue Chip Picks! Steve Schuffert steveschuffert.com
