The TP is our classic triangular pick in a 60/1000 of an inch thickness(1.5mm). The TP is the same size as the TPR, but has slightly sharper corners. All of our picks are professionally machined, hand beveled, and laser etched.
Quarters, Nickels and Dimes, if included in the pictures, are for size reference only. They are not etched on the picks or included with the sale. To use this reference, please place a coin on your current non-Bluechip pick and then compare to the pictures of our picks with coins on top of them. This will help you choose the pick that is closest to your current favorite size and shape.

These are the best picks! I love how sturdy they feel in your hand. Such a solid pick, and it gives my mandolin a great tone! I'd definitely recommend these picks to anyone that is looking for a new pick. The greatest picks available! I'm currently using the TP60, but any pick on the BlueChip website would have to be good too! I've used the TD45 also, and loved that as well!

I was recommended to try this pick by Jake Workman, lead guitarist with Ricky Skaggs & Kentucky Thunder. I totally love it! It's got more power and drive than any other pick I've tried. It's even better if you ask them to custom drill holes in the middle for an easier grip. I'm so glad I switched to using the TP60 and I can't imagine that I'd ever want to try anything else! This pick is the best! And as a side note, BlueChip's customer service is absolutely incredible... they answered my email inquiry within 30 mins, they customized my order perfectly to my specifications, and my pick arrived in 2 days!
- From a very happy & satisfied guitar picker :)

Wow, this is a great pick! They custom-drilled holes in it for me upon my request, to make it easier to grip. Their shipping and customer service is also incredible. My pick arrived in 2 days! Very impressed and happy!!!

Yes, just like everyone else here, I'm loving the TP60, for all the reasons like tone, accuracy and comfort. I have a TP50 that is also great and was just wondering whether I might prefer the slightly thicker TP60. Ultimately, I wouldn't say I preferred it, but love it just as much for its own characteristics. Naturally, those aren't too different to the TP50, but some days you might be in a certain mood or playing a certain part where one seems to work better than the other. It's great to have the choice.

This is my favorite BlueChip pick for bluegrass guitar. Pick of choice that I use for my guitar lessons over at https://countryguitaronline.com/
Amazing pick all around. I'd highly recommend it to any country & bluegrass fans.

I've been playing for many years and only recently became aware of Blue Chip picks. A friend of mine who is a professional guitarist recommended them to me after I mentioned that my hands sweat and my pick slips in my fingers. I was a little skeptical at first but when I tried his Blue Chip I was amazed at how stable is was. An additional advantage is that the Blue Chip eliminates pick noise resulting in a much purer sound out of your guitar. Do yourself a favor and throw away all of your picks and buy a Blue Chip. You won't be disappointed.

I've had my TP60 for 2 years now, and i play with it a lot. I recently purchased another one for the birthday of a good friend and, i was amazed that it was still practically brand new when i compared mine to his. This picks offer the best tone, least "pick noise" when gliding on the strings and holds fantastically well in your hands. I did blind tests with my roommate who's not a musician at all and even he, could hear the difference between the Blue Chip and regular picks.

I have played Mandolin and Flatpicked guitar since 1964. I have purchased so many different types of picks - thick, bone, tortoise shell, small, large, sharp and rounded.
The TP60 is the most perfect pick I have ever used - it slides over the string - no scratching and made of an incredible material that with slight damp (licking) fingers it stays put - does not slide around. I won't be purchasing another type of pick ever. I now have three of these in case I lose one. Excellent product - pricey but seems that it will last forever. Been using it six hours a day since receiving them and no sign of wear - quite astonishing.

I have played acoustic guitar since the early 1980s and have used two different tortoise shell picks since then until present. However I purchased TP60 because I like a thick pick for playing bluegrass. It was slightly smaller in diameter than my tortoise shell picks but it played much nicer to my surprise! I have since put my tortoise shell picks in storage and use the TP60 as my primary pick. My son got his plastic pick out and compared the two...what a difference in sound! My son loved the sound difference in playing with the TP60 and how smooth it plays! Now he wants one (maybe for Christmas!). I did get my engraved with my name as it does make it easier to hang on to. These picks aren't cheap, but I would highly recommend to any serious musician!
