These picks are incredible. I bought a TD40 about 6 months ago just to see if the picks were really that amazing or just hype. I was blown away. It sounded great on both acoustic and electric. Great tone and consistent accuracy. I just ordered three more on this last order. I have been using them on all my recording session and can’t say enough great things about them.

Probably knowing that I would never spend $35 on a pick, a friend of mine who is an avid Blue Chip user gave me a speed beveled TD35 as a gift. I wasn't really digging the speed bevel and I typically play with a 1.0 pick, so I decided to order the TD40 with the round bevel. The rest is history. This is the bet pick I have ever used. It is resonant, just the right amount of stiffness, and it stays put in my hand. Easy to play accurately and fast. I did like the speed bevel on the round sides for rhythm, but overall I prefer the round bevel (although maybe speed bevels on the round edges and a round bevel on the tip would be even better!). So now I am the proud owner of several TD40 picks. These picks seem to not show any signs of wear - so as long as I don't lose any I'll probably come out ahead in the long run, given that most picks I use tend to wear very quickly. I do I wish the tone from the pick was a little brighter on my darker sounding acoustic. Still, this is 5 star product.

If these cost 35 cents not dollars I’d rate 5 star. I can’t tell any difference between them and my old cheap celluloid picks that I’m used to. Similar tone and a little slippery. Been using a few weeks, hoping maybe I have to break it in or something?

I'll try not to lose this one, but if I do, I'll buy another. Great tone, great feel. My new favorite pick.

I was referred by a buddy who is a full time musician in a show in Branson, MO. Admittedly, I was very skeptical of the cost for one guitar pick. After using my new TD-40, I was instantly amazed by the difference in tone that it produced compared to my old picks and the feel was perfect. Smooth and fast right out of the package. No break in period was needed. I’m anxious to see if it has a super long life like advertised and reviewed, but, I have no reason to doubt it. So far, I am totally sold!

As a professional guitarist for the last 50 years, I have used every pick made; nothing, but nothing, compares to Blue Chip.

Ever since I heard about BlueChip picks from Julian Lage, they are the only picks for me. And I’ve given them to people who feel the same way. I have 4 kinds of TD picks, 40 speed bevel, 40 round bevel, 50 speed bevel and 50 round bevel. Each one has its own uses. The one I use most is my 40 RB, with most electric guitars. I love the 40 and 50 SB with my acoustic flattops. Sometimes I use the 50 RB with Teles to get extra percussive tone. These picks sound and feel awesome. And they seem to last forever. Than you BlueChip people!!!!!

Best pick ever, sounds the best and doesn't seem to wear out. Ive been using one on my acoustic with 13's and I'm not a wuss player, I play rather hard at times and there is zero wear after a year and I dont see this thing ever wearing out. Strange material that must come from heaven.
