Never thought I would care about a pick until I came across this. It sticks between my fingers just right and glides across the strings. What more can I say.

These are absolutely the best guitar picks money can buy. This is my second Bluechip purchase. The first one was a larger jazz for electric guitar. This one I’ll use for acoustic. I play 90-100 gigs a year and these picks will definitely hold up. They’re consistent in sound, feel and hold up very well. I would spend approximately $30 every six weeks with another brand pick and they would last so-so but with the Bluechip picks, it will last 4x longer than any standard pick.

It took me several years to bring myself to pay this much for a guitar pick. After I got mine, I haven't used anything else. It has a great tone and it is just the right stiffness for me. I'm sorry I waited so long to purchase one. Great quality sometimes costs more.

Confession time. I've spent many hundreds of clams on picks in the last couple years. If I would have bought a BlueChip pick a decade or more ago, I would have saved a ton of coin.
Now for the part that really matters. This is the best pick that's ever been between my thumb and index finger. No slipping or grip trouble. Perfect snap and slide across the strings. Tonally, they are far superior to any other material as far as full sweet tone and clarity are concerned. The volume increase with a BlueChip has to be heard to be believed. My favorite picks! I like the TD40 for electric guitar and I hit my Dread with a TD50. It's perfection.

I recently purchased a new TD40 since my old one had worn out. I have had the old one for over 10 years! I still keep the old one as a backup. Only reason for buying a new one was to get more contact with the strings. My 1996 Martin HD-28 (Martina as I call her) sure does sound amazing with these picks. Where else can you get a pick that lasts over 10 years? Get one now!

Blue chip pics are amazing! I’ve played guitar for many many years and I’ve tried many materials made by different brands, the only thing that can come close to the blue chip is genuine vintage tortoiseshell. But I prefer my blue chip over the tortoiseshell any day, it is more controllable for better tone and playability! If you are serious player and tone freak do yourself a favor and at least by one, your mind will be blown!

I will be using Bluechip picks till I am gone from this earth.
Everything all the other five star reviews say is absolutely true.
To all the cast and crew at blue-chip. Thank you for making these things!

Responsive, speedy, long lasting and easy to grip. Pure magic. Works well with both electric and acoustic. I had no idea a pick could make such a difference! Worth every penny.

I really enjoy the grip that I get from the pick even though the surface is polished! The pick has just enough bend that when doing tremolo picking it gives when you need it to. I originally got this pick for acoustic. I was fairly disappointed with trying to use this pick for acoustic however it makes a fantastic electric pick! If you’re looking for a good firm pick for the acoustic the TD60 is what you need. I got the TD60 shortly after the 40 came in and the 60 is now one of my favorite acoustic picks! It sounds and plays great!
That’s just my experience. If you want a hard pick the 40 isn’t it get the 60 or 80 but it you need a little flop this is a great pick! Cheers! Keep picked and grinning!
