I am constantly searching for better gear for my music, and I am considered a perfectionist by my associates. I have a pile of picks I've tried over the years. These Bluechip Picks have proven to be the best I've found. The Picks have really warmed up my Guitar and that's what I'm looking for since I play Country music.
The people at Blue Chip get them to you super quick which is always nice since I'm not very patient I'm told. Try them out I think you will be pleased. Thanks

I play mandolin and need a pick that has the thickness but still some give so I tried this pick. Probably not one that I can use. What would be awesome is if BlueChip would make a variety pack that could be on loan (and what then order what you want after) and you could try out all the different shapes and thicknesses in a trial. Then you mail them back at your expense. Trial packs could be polished, santitized by BC and used for other customers. Perhaps a trial pack is $240 refundable deposit for a trial of a customers selection of any 6 picks, BC includes a return mailing envelope. Any trial pick you keep is 40 dollars and you have 30 days to return. It think this would help sales.

The TD 40 Made a huge difference in the tone of my picking and strumming, pick glides effortlessly without the annoying clicking sound that many other picks produce.
It also helped with the speed of my picking due to the slick finish of the pick.

Great picks. My third order from Blue Chip. Happy with shipping and communication. When you order, make sure to mention that you want the “Andy Wood” holes in your picks for added grip. You’ll thank me.

I splurged for a birthday present and decided to get one for myself, too. You want to like it for this much money, so I kept questioning what it was I was liking. I still had to put two of those sticky dots on it like I always have my plastic picks, so it wasn't grip (for me, at least). It's stiffer, too, but that's good in a way and I like it now. But it's the tone it gives my Martin D-28 the I like, it's a richer sound.

I've been for a long time looking for my ideal pick. My main problem is that I easily drop the pick while playing. So I tried many. But after I found Blue Chip I don't use any other pick. The grip is amazing. I have several models, but TD 40 or 35 with speed bevel are the ones I use of the time. They are perfect for me. Now I play much more confidently and never drop the pick.

I ran a guitar shop for decades, during which time I stocked and sold almost every pick available on the market. I tried and used them all, never really arriving at a clear favorite. There were many fine choices, but no single one I felt particularly drawn to. I don’t remember where I first heard about Blue Chip picks, but since my first order about 10 years ago, I have used nothing else. The material has a great feel, with just the right amount of tack that interacts perfectly both with my skin of my fingers as well as the strings of my guitars. And these picks last forever. I have lost a couple over the years, but I have never worn one out. They are not cheap, but no run-of-the-mill mass produced pick comes close in my opinion to the quality of Blue Chip.

This pick is worth every penny. I do think it improves tone, but that is in the ear of the beholder. What I do know is that it feels better than any other pick I've ever used, including actual tortoise (responsibly fabricated from 19th century hand mirrors and hairbrushes). The Blue Chip is just better.

I have 4 blue chip picks. Love them all and won’t go back to regular picks ( long as I can afford them?). They handle better and kinda glide through the strings. Wish I had tried a 35 but happy with the 40’s. Maybe next time.

I’ve tried Toneslabs, Primetones and Wegens. This is my pick.
