5 Ok I'm convinced, yes it is best!
Posted by Brandon P on 7th Sep 2017
I had to see for myself and am I glad I did. Every bit as good as everyone is saying. I'm already in love with the TAD 40 and will happily buy more in the near future. The tone is superb and really does make a noticeable difference but what I'm really impressed with is how well it grips to your fingers. It's smooth to the touch but really just grips and hangs on no matter how light or hard I strum! Well done Blue Chip, well done!

5 glad I've got one

The blue chip pick is something I can't do without. My last pick split on me and I ordered a new one. It is expensive enough but I had to pay half the price again in duty. Next one I buy won't be online. Love the pick though

5 Review of bluegrass pick
Posted by Jim on 15th May 2017
I just received the bluegrass pick. Preliminary experience was good. It felt natural and easy to hold and use. It has a nice sound. Will need more experience with it as I haven't had it very long and its my first bluechip pick.

5 My tone and playing have changed forever!!!
Posted by Ray Kaiser on 9th May 2017
I had been going back and forth for months agonizing about spending $35 on one pick!!! Finally I made the decision to go for it!!! The best decision ever!!! From the minute I opened it up and strummed my Martin with it my eyes lit up and my jam hit the floor!!! The tone and brightness that the pick brings out is a game changer!!! I guarantee that people will go crazy for it!!! It is definitely worth the money your spending on this amazing product!!!

5 How do they get this pick to stick to my fingers?
Posted by Chris George on 12th Apr 2017
I've bought over a hundred different picks at this point and blue chip is superior to all of the others. The tone is excellent. I don't know what the composite is that they use for this pick but it has a grip that is independent of my grasping between thumb and forefinger. And the grip improves as I continue holding the pick! I can only figure that there is a slight reaction of some kind between my skin and the material of the pick because there is something akin to a sweat or a skin reaction that makes the pick grip more effectively. No issues with rashes or anything , just an improved holding action on the pick. The cost of the pick is more than I want to pay but it means that I've got to keep really good track of the four picks I've purchased from Blue Chip. If you look carefully at the web site you can determine pick size accurately but do look carefully so you purchase the one that fits your needs.

Different sound. Still good but stands up to any wear and I play hard. No more broken strings. Rate it 4/5. The best customer service

5 Excellent Pick
Posted by Jim Burke on 15th Mar 2017
I bought this pick along with a TAD 50 for my mandolin. Both are outstanding, but I prefer the tone of the 50 for the mandolin, I am keeping the 40 as a backup and to try out on my guitar (Martin M36).
