Product Overview
This is our JD Crowe style dobro/resonator thumb pick in a size medium. This is a slightly thicker blade design as compared to our banjo picks to withstand the more strenuous use on a dobro. It is constructed using a custom designed stainless steel band and a 60/1000 of an inch(1.50mm) thick BlueChip pick. These picks are laser etched, professionally machined, and hand beveled to create the best thumb pick available. Size compares to a standard medium thumb pick of any brand.

5 my quest for THE thumb pick is over!

I was upset that plastic thumb picks become disposable far too quickly. Money lost. Investing in a pick that creates a superior sound, has a much longer life & gives me the confidence that it won't give out during my solo makes complete sense to me. Bravo, Blue Chip!

OK..., they cost more (a whole lot more)! But they feel great, sound great and they LAST! Simply the best picks on earth! P.S. How about some color choices? Say for instance "Blue!" Just Joking!

When I saw the cost, I never thought there was a pick so expensive unless it was some whacky exotic material. THIS pick however, is an absolute work of art... The fit and feel has allowed my playing skill to progress significantly faster not concentrating on the pick, its depth or falling off....Excellent ...absolutely excellent

My wife ask me to get this pick for her on our 38th wedding anniversary. She plays the Dobro and loves the pick. She loves the way it fits with no slipping, so she feels she can pick the strings harder resulting in more volume.
