Product Description

The SR is an extremely rounded triangle shaped pick in a 60/1000th of an inch(1.50mm) thickness. The bottom corner radius is greater than the top two corners.  Our picks are all precision machined and hand beveled for the highest quality.

Quarters, Nickels and Dimes, if included in the pictures, are for size reference only. They are not etched on the picks or included with the sale. To use this reference, please place a coin on your current non-Bluechip pick and then compare to the pictures of our picks with coins on top of them. This will help you choose the pick that is closest to your current favorite size and shape.

  3. amazing pick...amazing customer service 5 Star Review

Posted by on 19th Feb 2018

Matt was super helpful over the phone helping me decide on my pick. This was his suggestion and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve struggled for a long time to find a perfect that matched the tone I was chasing and the SR gets that warmth I was after.

  4. Outstanding Pick ! 5 Star Review

Posted by on 24th Jan 2018

Over the years I have bought three Blue Chip picks, each one having superb merits. The SR60 is my most recent purchase about three weeks ago and it is now my 'go to' pick for most of my playing.
This style pick with it's rounded edge is brilliant for faster playing on my mandolin.
    Superb !
My one gripe which is nothing to do with 'Blue Chip' is the VAT charge for buying from the US and living in the EU !

  5. My new 'Go to' pick ! 5 Star Review

Posted by on 12th Jan 2018

My latest purchase, I now have three ! This is the slickest little pick of the lot. Really clear tone and brilliant for faster playing on my mandolin.
I highly recommend this pick to mandolin players.
For buyers in the UK beware ! I had to pay V A T because it was imported into the E U. !
    I'm glad I voted to leave !

  6. Brits beware ! 5 Star Review

Posted by on 11th Jan 2018

I have just received my third BlueChip pick which I am very happy with. See previous reviews.
Now the downside ! For the first time I have had to pay import tax here in Britain ! Amounting to more than half the price I paid for the pick !
Bloody outrageous ! I intend to appeal.
Now to go away and play some tunes and 'chill out'.
    Brilliant picks though.

As always the blue chip never fails to amaze me. This is my 3rd blue chip. I have yet find a stringed instrument that it doesn't sound and play great..

  8. Best,pic I ever used !!! 5 Star Review

Posted by on 18th Aug 2016

I considered my RS 60 as "THE PICK" and of course right before an important gig it turned up missing, frantically I ordered two more, that's how well I like this pic. At first I used it for only flatpicking, but now I use it all the time,

I haven't really had your product long enough to evaluate, but I like it so far.

  10. Great Pick 5 Star Review

Posted by on 19th Apr 2016

I've used the TPR 60 on acoustic guitar for a couple years, and decided to give the SR 60 a try. As shown the SR 60 is more rounded and relatively the same size. As I get used to the SR 60 I like that as the pick turns in my fingers when playing, there is always an edge that's acceptable. Both picks fit nicely in the Blue Chip pick box. These are the only 2 picks I use now. Blue Chip picks do not wear out!
