Product Overview

The TP is our classic triangular pick in a 48/1000 of an inch thickness(1.22mm). The TP is the same size as the TPR, but has slightly sharper corners. All of our picks are professionally machined, hand beveled, and laser etched.

Quarters, Nickels and Dimes, if included in the pictures, are for size reference only. They are not etched on the picks or included with the sale. To use this reference, please place a coin on your current non-Bluechip pick and then compare to the pictures of our picks with coins on top of them. This will help you choose the pick that is closest to your current favorite size and shape.

    Worth it

I was skeptical about the price, but now that I have it I'm glad I bought it. Good sound, good feel. Fast. Makes me feel like a better guitarist.

Didnt want it to be this good!

Absolutely flabbergasted!! Received my Tp48 and was underwhelmed by the appearance. Did not look particularly impressive. Figured I’d play my favorite pick first before trying the Tp48. Thought “there’s no way it could be better”. As soon as I had the TP48 in my grip and strummed a chord I was shocked!! The clarity and smooth release off the strings is second to none. Was like hearing sound for the first time. Definitely lives up to all the great things said about Bluechip!! My new favorite pick!!! Get one now!!

    best pics ever!!!

Posted by Unknown on 28th Apr 2022

Finally bought a new BlueChip after 14 years of heavy service. Still is a great, usable pick, but Pretty much needed another one for a new Martin that could benefit using a little thinner pick than the first one. I like that this new 48 tri-corner Bluechip is a bit bigger than my old 50 tri-corner. Do these things ever wear out? I guess if you never lose one they last to infinity and beyond!

There's no reason to buy another pick

The only reason I've purchased another Bluechip is shape experimentation. I still have my first BC from 3 years ago. It's survived, barely shows wear. It's an amazing product. Glad I found it.

    I dig it

Posted by Unknown on 25th Apr 2022

Never would've believed that a pick could have much impact on my playing. It's been significant improvement in grip, attack, tone, speed and general inspiration to play. Thanks!

Love my Blue Chip picks. Had them drill holes in this one for better grip.

Figured I would splurge a little and see if it was worth it.

I know it sounds crazy, but playing with this pick made me want to play so much more. It was like the feeling you get when you get a new guitar and its so exciting to play. Instantly I noticed that it wasn't going to spin in my fingers like most pics. The pick felt like an extension of my fingers. Made me play faster and sound better. I used to always play without a pick because I liked the warmer tone I got with my fingers. The material of this pick makes everything sound nice and smooth. I know this sounds too good to be true, but if you have some extra money, I would definitely recommend these pics. I will never use anything else.
