The TD is a standard teardrop shape pick with two rounded corners and one sharper playing corner. This is a TD in a 100/1000 of an inch(2.5mm) thickness. All of our picks a professionally machined, hand beveled, and laser etched.
Quarters, Nickels and Dimes, if included in the pictures, are for size reference only. They are not etched on the picks or included with the sale. I've owned three TD 100s and love them.

gets a great tone with my acoustic guitars

I own 3 of these picks. The price was off putting at first but I splurged for one. The sound is so natural and the grip so good, I was devastated when I forgot to carry it to a gig. That night I bought 2 more. Now I have one in my case, one in my pocket, and one on my key ring. I’ll never be caught without one again.
I use the corner for rhythm and lead.

There are diminishing returns as you go higher into the quality of things. don't buy this to improve your playing, just practice. But when you've gotten to the point where you can distinguish subtle differences this is the best you can do. The roundest tone, the most secure feel, truly extraordinary.

I'm a versatile guitarist, but wanted to try the TD80 with this TD100 for alternate speed picking runs, etc. I discovered with the 100 it's a bit of a change technique but seems more relaxing because of the strength of the pick yet maintaining a delicacy and smoothness of tone. Now when it comes to digging for tone like the blues, this is my pick of choice. TONE ZONE with pinch harmonics, etc. Come on, John Petrucci...try BlueChip picks already!!

I now tried all the major and most popula brand of custom picks and my TD100 is the most inexpensive solution to adding a new color to my tone. Definitely worth the investment!

For decades my Adamas Graphite fat pick got the nod for both recording and performing my original tunes.
I got a Papa's pick at a guitar shop in Saratoga Springs last spring and thought - "At last, someone finally got that tone and no squeak I've been searching for all these years.
I went to Fazio's Frets and Friends in St. Louis on my tour and one of the acoustic guitar tech let me play his Blue Chip.
All I can say is "TONE TO THE BONE" ! Rich, full clarity and FUNK when you need it. Yeah, it's expensive -- but how do you put a price tag on the sound you've been searching for after four decades of trying everything out there ?

The Blue Chip TD 100 feels wonderful, not greasy and produces a bit more harmonics and highs as my thickest jazz-pick made from mammoth ivory. It flies over the strings. Absolutely wonderful sound. Not cheap but it's worth it.

This is the best pick I`ve found in my 36 years love affair with the guitar. If you`ve developed attention to detail, and want to expand the ease & flow of your picking - these picks might be just what you`re looking for.
