    nothing compares

been playing for 55 years. tried everything. These are perfect, they don't slip but are not sticky, they don't click (which drives me crazy). only downside is price but buy one and don't lose it.

    You honestly won’t believe it

Posted by Al on 2nd Nov 2025

I rolled the dice...eventually - I read all about Blue Chip Picks and their unique process, material and how this small business was making picks that had been recognized by some of the worlds most recognized players as being ‘game changing’. Since I’m stubborn and I don’t follow crowds I ignored it all. However after using a particular pick for a very long time, I’d been noticing over the years that the consistency was sh*t! Very few were actually the thickness advertised, plus some felt hollow and not solid at all. So, I bit the bullet. I ordered two Blue Chip Picks - varying in thickness. What happened when I opened the tiny little pick bag and dropped it into my hand? It felt solid. Not cheap. Not hollow. I examined it. It was beveled for a right hand playing attack which was really cool. So I picked up the guitar and played. What happened next was inspiring. The feel, the precision, the tone, the ease of which I was doing runs and intricate chord cross picking was absolutely incredible. I didn’t know that a pick could make such a difference. It’s stunningly brilliant. Since, I’ve purchased a few more and incredibly I’ve yet to lose one. See? I can be responsible! Hopefully if you’ve read this you’ll take the chance and see for yourself. If not, cool. But I know you’ll be blown away as I was.

    Dramatic Improvement

Posted by Gary Brock on 1st Jul 2025

Thought I'd found my pick a few years back. Equally exotic as the TD100, but not quite as expensive. I was wrong. My tone and fluidity on the guitar improved dramatically within a week of changing to the TD100. Initially, I was a skeptic. I could not have imagined the difference this pick would make, but I was willing to give it a try...and I'm glad I did. Do yourself a favor and get a Blue-Chip pick. You'll be happy you did.

    Natural sound, great feel

Posted by Unknown on 7th Nov 2023

I own 3 of these picks. The price was off putting at first but I splurged for one. The sound is so natural and the grip so good, I was devastated when I forgot to carry it to a gig. That night I bought 2 more. Now I have one in my case, one in my pocket, and one on my key ring. I’ll never be caught without one again. I use the corner for rhythm and lead.

worth every penny if you've paid your dues.

There are diminishing returns as you go higher into the quality of things. don't buy this to improve your playing, just practice. But when you've gotten to the point where you can distinguish subtle differences this is the best you can do. The roundest tone, the most secure feel, truly extraordinary.
