The SR is an extremely rounded triangle shaped pick in a 50/1000th of an inch(1.25mm) thickness. The bottom corner radius is greater than the top two corners. Our picks are all precision machined and hand beveled for the highest quality.
Quarters, Nickels and Dimes, if included in the pictures, are for size reference only. They are not etched on the picks or included with the sale. To use this reference, please place a coin on your current non-Bluechip pick and then compare to the pictures of our picks with coins on top of them. This will help you choose the pick that is closest to your current favorite size and shape.

I have several BlueChip picks and like them all, for different instruments and applications. I ordered the SR50 on the recommendation of expert mandolinist Sharon Gilchrist for use with an F5 style mandolin. I have found it to be a really good match in terms of tone, particularly.

Been playing for 47 years and there's never been a pick that has taken my playing to another level like the blue chip pick has!

I purchased this particular pick, a SR 50, for mandolin. So far I am extremely happy with it, as I am with my Blue Chip guitar picks!

No slipping in the fingers and exceptional tone! I will be getting more Bluechips in the future.

I’ve been playing for about a year or so now; I work on the railroad and travel quite a bit, decided to take up the guitar to kill time away from the family.
Saw some reviews of Blue Chip picks and it had me intrigued. Even as Novice I can tell the difference, I let my teacher use it last lesson and he was amazed at the feel and tone difference. So I would say the pick is worth the money.
I have a Yamaha Trans-acoustic and 2 cheap alverez’s I travel with.
I am currently writing this regretting leaving my good pick at home for fear of loosing it. I’m going to have to buy another for the road.

I had been hesitant to pay any amount of money for picks, but after putting the SR50 up against my entire 'bowl-o-picks' of all different materials I am convinced this is the best pick on the market.

Great quality pick! Smooth on the strings and has a good gripping power to stay with you. This is my second pick with a different thickness and rounded style. I'm a huge fan.

been using tortoise shell for years until i bought a vintage Martin. Blue Chip suits my 1947 D28 much better.
