The TPR is our classic TP pick with corners that are slightly round in a 50/1000th of an inch(1.25mm) thickness. Our picks are all precision machined and hand beveled for the highest quality.
Quarters, Nickels and Dimes, if included in the pictures, are for size reference only. They are not etched on the picks or included with the sale. To use this reference, please place a coin on your current non-Bluechip pick and then compare to the pictures of our picks with coins on top of them. This will help you choose the pick that is closest to your current favorite size and shape.

Really enjoy my Blue Chip pick. I'm very happy with the way it doesn't spin when playing. I'll be ordering another pick one size thinner.

I think this is my 5th BlueChip. They have all been excellent and they are all I use anymore. This one provides an excellent tone from my D18 MD. It’s a warm, deep and rich tone that no other pick has ever produced for me. To say I am a happy, satisfied customer would be an understatement!

I’m set on the Tpr for the bluegrass music I play with my
br-160, but I can’t rhythm the way I want with any other size!
It’s crazy that it matters that much between a 40 45 and 50
(Which is the highest I’ve went)
If your passionate about what you do then you need all 3 to know because as much as you love the 40 or 45, this 50 might just blow your mind!!

Love my TPR50 Pick! Best Mandolin Pick Ever!

I've spent years trying to find the "right" pic. Well I resisted buying a blue chip for a long time. Finally read enough reviews from people I respect to give them a try. All I can say is my search is over. Blue chips work for me.

I find the blue pick chip so much easier to use than my traditional pics for mandolin and guitar. It is easy to hold, and it glides easily on my strings.
I also seem to have more control when strumming.

Play both guitar and mandolin with TPR 50 picks.....best sound, best durability, best shape for me.

I tried a few different shapes and thicknesses before settling on the pick that works best for me; the TPR50. I like the pick so much, I ordered two more just in case. With so much invested in our instruments and the pursuit of great tone, it is a small investment that has a huge impact.

I decided to create a chord melody/jazz pick. Real smooth. I got the TPR, all rounded. I also got no speed bevel. Jackpot! I immediately bought another, this time a TPR 60.

Great pick! I think the smaller pick gets me closer to the strings and gives me more control. Bluechip gives me great tone and is smooth.
