This is our dobro/resonator thumb pick in a size medium. This is a slightly thicker blade design as compared to our banjo picks to withstand the more strenuous use on a dobro. It is constructed using a custom designed stainless steel band and a 60/1000 of an inch(1.50mm) thick BlueChip pick. These picks are laser etched, professionally machined, and hand beveled to create the best thumb pick available.
Size compares to a standard medium thumb pick of any brand.

I've used BC TD-40s and TD-60s for years, and LOVE them! Finally decided to try the reso pick. I use a medium National, so I ordered medium. When the pick arrived, the opening was TINY! I couldn't even get the tip of my thumb in it. I thought it was maybe a child's pick. It was marked M, though. Through some careful bending and reforming, I found the fit. Fortunately, like any metal band pick (finger or thumb), it is adjustable. Love the pick, was a little disappointed I had to adjust it that much. If you wear a medium, order a large!

ordered a medium based on my very medium sized hands. Fit is too tight and causes some discomfort. great tone though, the best. Not much to go on the site for sizing. At this price it hurts to make a mistake.

I'm very proud of my Blue Chip reso pick. It has a great angle, great tone and it is very comfortable to wear.

Great tone when doing an A /B comparison with a Zookoes thumb pick. Great fit, never seems to move around.
