Wouldn't have believed I'd actually LIKE a pick this much. Never experimented much with picks; found something that seemed to work for me decades ago and stuck with it. Then a friend had me try his Blue Chip, and it changed my mind. Now I've got to buy another in case I lose this one...

Pick feels great, little flex but a really warm and full bodied tone. A-B’d this with my former duralin picks and my guitar literally sounded more in tune with the blue chip. Quality and clarity of my distortion sound was improved as well (tweed amp overdriving). I play mostly electric which still shows some great benefits with this pick, but it truly shines on the acoustic.

Produces excellent sound for acoustic and electric guitars.

I usually either don't like softer picks' inability to pluck individual notes clearly or the tinny sound that firmer picks have due to the hard edges when strumming. This pick is the best of both worlds. Smooth and clean tone when strumming and firm enough to confidently pick lead lines.
Now I just wish I had 10 of 'em

Although I have been aware of blue chip pics for a long time, I always thought that spending that much money on a pic was not sensible. I recently received a gift card to blue Chip for a birthday gift and bought my first blue chip pick. I think my flat picking improved by 8% immediately upon playing with this pick! Kudos to blue Chip I’ve already sent in an order for two more pics!

I happened upon a bunch of videos on YouTube about pick thickness which got me to experimenting while playing. I saw a quite a few videos about BlueChip picks. I was intrigued but wasn’t sure how they could make that much of a difference. So I ordered a couple and was pleasantly surprised. I’m getting a noticeable difference in tone and playability. I did a comparison for my wife using the common brands of picks and the BlueChip. Her reaction was “wow”! She said she could definitely hear the difference. Good enough for me. These picks are definitely worth the price and the hype.

Simply the best pick I've used.. it ain't everything, you still gotta practice. But dang it makes you get the most out of your guitar.

I thought I'd found the perfect pick in the Dunlop Herco 75, but I was wrong. As a Strat player, I've always hated the shrill plucking you get with celluloid picks. It got remarkably better when I switched to nylon. The WSJ video convinced me that I had to try a BlueChip and I have ZERO regrets. I love my TD45 (round bevel) and I can say with absolute honesty that I now get a softer, warmer, and quieter pluck without sacrificing volume or tone. I will definitely be buying more!

Honestly, when I heard about a 35 dollar guitar pick, I was surprised at the cost. But, after ordering two td-45 blue chip guitar picks, I couldn’t be happier with them! My guitar sounds like a totally different instrument when I use my blue chip picks, and I won’t be going back to using my old picks! I am extremely happy with the td-45 guitar picks, and I highly recommend ordering some for yourself!! You won’t regret it, trust me!
