I've used the yellow Tortex .83's for a long time. However, curiosity got the best of me and I ordered my TD40 about a month ago. It took me a few days to get used to the increased rigidity of a 1.0, but I adapted rather quickly and really enjoy the pic. I feel like the TA40 gives me a more consistent tone, is easier to play, and may even provide greater versatility in my pic attack. The beveled edge is nice and grip is never an issue. I think as the conduit from my strumming hand to the strings, this is the best pic I've used. Thanks!! -S

I had no idea how much resistance my other picks were giving me till I tried Blue Chip Picks! I've also used the same pick on a year's worth of gigs but I have to buy more to turn others on to they're amazement an delight.

The hype is deserved, this is the nicest flat pick I have ever used, and as well this TD40 the thickest I've played with. The translation was seamless and it sounds soooo great on all of my guitars. I'm going to buy another a bit thicker, perhaps the 50. Who knew?

Best pick that I ever used. The speed bevel glides off the strings and they don't seem to wear out.

I have been playing guitar for over 50 years. So, as might be imagined, I've used a lot of different picks. This BCP is almost silent, while still providing the volume and attack I require. It gives a very nice tone and practically glides over the strings. I like this pick so much that I have asked for another BCP for Christmas.

Best Ive ever tried, and I've tried em all. After playing on one for 3 weeks now, I can confidently say that after 20 years of professional playing, Blue Chip lives up to the hype and then some. There's no going going back to anything else. THANK YOU!!

As a enthusiastic amateur, I had a hard time justifying a $35 pick when I have dozens of picks around. Never even tried a "premium" pick before. A classically trained friend of mine said simply, "You won't regret it" and they last nearly forever. OK, he has never steered me wrong. I don't regret it! Makes me a better player; what else is there.

The quality and craftsmanship is obvious at a glance. BlueChip picks have a density that produces a better tone than any other material I've used. You can hear the difference.

Got talked into this by a classically trained friend of mine, I was all set to order some "top shelf" picks that were much cheaper. All he really told me was: "They are the best, you won't regret it, and they seem to last forever, I have three of them." I've known this guy for 50 years, he picked out Stairway to Heaven on my sons bed because his parents wouldn't let him play it in their house,

I already owned 2 Blue Chip TAD40 1R picks that I play my acoustic guitars with, and they feel and sound spectacular, so, I ordered this TD40 for playing my electric guitars with. It does not disappoint. Thanks guys at Blue Chip Picks for making such fine products. My D42 Martin, Collings CWMHA, and my Preston Thompson DMA sound amazing, but even more so with your picks in my hand.
