Product Description
The TD is a standard teardrop shape pick with two rounded corners and one sharper playing corner. This is a TD in a 35/1000 of an inch(.89mm) thickness. All of our picks a professionally machined, hand beveled, and laser etched.
Quarters, Nickels and Dimes, if included in the pictures, are for size reference only. They are not etched on the picks or included with the sale. To use this reference, please place a coin on your current non-Bluechip pick and then compare to the pictures of our picks with coins on top of them. This will help you choose the pick that is closest to your current favorite size and shape.

I have tried several picks through the years, and never really found one that blew me away. I heard about Blue Chip-and their price, and dismissed it as hype. I read a review on the UMGF, and my curiousity was aroused, so I ordered a TD35.....I'll never use another pick! The tone is loud and full, and the pick is so easy to grip. It doesn't slip!! I don't understand the science behind it, and it is hard to explain to my wife why I paid so much for a pick, but they are simply the best!

This is my 3rd BlueChip pick and I love them all. I went with the TD35 for a little lighter touch when playing predominantly strummed old time fiddle tunes. I play Mountain Dulcimer and these picks create very little pick-clack compared to other brands.
I use all three BlueChip picks for a variety of playing styles from flat picking, slow strumming to really fast fiddle tunes. I highly recommend this pick...all my BlueChip picks are silky smooth across the strings and feel awesome.
I'm addicted to these!

TD35 is great for dulcimer

I bought this pick for using with my McSpadden dulcimer and it works really, really well. I already own several thicker Blue Chip picks as well as a thumb pick, so I knew it would be good quality; but I was curious about the thinnest pick they offer. I also use this TD35 on my Irish bouzouki, and it's awesome. It is thinner than my other picks, but not "bendy". Perfect.

The pick is good (TD35) BUT IT DOES NOT come as the TD40 with 3 sides. Playing for more than 30 years with a tortoise pick the 35 is close.

Great pick for a heavy hand

I have a pretty heavy picking hand when banging out chords so I would go through many picks a night (once they get rough I would grab another). The Bluechip pick made it through multiple shows before it even started to ware down which it does leaving a smooth edge which is still very usable for me. My only complaint is the price since I lost my first one after only two weeks of using it. Lucky for me there is a store about 40 minutes away that sells them however I have now spent $70 on two picks in the last month.

Want a pick that'll virtually last for years, yet still will maintain the virosity on allowed your instrument to portray it's ultimate tone? Then use a Blue Chip - MY choice id the TD 35 .... what's yours???

I have spent 30 years flatpicking on the Mountain Dulcimer. Other than a lot of hard work, nothing has improved my smoothness, tone,and control better than my Blue Chip Pick. You can't tell why just holding it, but then you start to play...
I can hardly use anything else...a Blue Chip addict.

Love the picks!

This is my third order of Bluechip Picks and there is nothing else close on the market. I play a 1942 D-18 Martin and a 1945 Herringbone D-28 and these picks bring out that extra tone you can't get from anything else. Perfected performance always and while I have my preference on pick style, I'm positive Matthew has one to fit your finger.

I already have a TP1R40. It is excellent, but I wanted to try a little thinner pick and the TP1R is not made in a 35 thickness. I play bluegrass guitar, with modest ability and get to a jam when I can. My box of about 200 picks is officially closed. The TP1R40 is larger and I like the handle better, but that may be due to it being a little stiffer. The TD35 maybe I don't get stuck on the bass strings as much and will give a little brighter tone, and the grip is still excellent. These picks respond to moisture as far as grip. If your hands are dry then you lick your finger tips and you are good to go. I am using the TD35 right now. The Blue Chip picks are awesome. They don't seem to wear out, either.

Really enjoy this pick. The size, feel and thickness are perfect. The pick is smooth against the strings and seems to produce more volume than picks of similar thickness.
