I have been on a search for a pick that has great tone, and is easy to hang on to. This pick is the best I have found so far. I usually like thinner picks than .88mm, but this one works out well for me. The tone is very good and does not dull the treble strings which is something I was concerned about. I tend to like some jingle in the upper registers. The tone is clear and articulate. I have only had in come out of my hand once while playing and that was likely because I was putting very little pressure on it when strumming aggressively. It almost sticks to my fingers when it warms up in my hand. I cant yet say how long they last, but so far I see no wear on it. So far, I like it better than any of the others.

O have been buying the TD 40 for some time now. I needed a lighter pick and the TD 35 fit the bill. It again is a great pick for my playing style.. Rock, blues and acoustic tunes. Has a lighter feel for playing those acoustic tunes

I received my TD 35 within a couple of days of placing the order. Congrats to Blue Chip for their excellent customer service. As soon as I held the pick in my hand I knew it would be easier to control than any other. Has a great smooth feel. It glides across the strings effortlessly, and sounds great. Still has enough high end sparkle to satisfy me and overall tone is really nice. I like these better than any other pick, and in the past I have had trouble liking a pick of this thickness. Great job.

I play in a Dave Matthews Tribute Band called Crowded Streets and needless to say there are some demanding acoustic guitar parts to cover. www.crowdedstreetsband.com This is the only pick I have come across that does not wear at all and allows me to play the parts with greater efficiency and accuracy. This is a pick that I think even Dave Matthews would approve of! The only problem is losing the pick and not being able to give away the pick at shows. But until I'm as rich as the real Dave Matthews, the pick stays with me! Great job Blue Chip!

As a tone junky, I am constantly looking for ways to getting the best tone available. I know this is subjective and who can really say whether or not a tone is better. All Tube, True by-pass pedals with dedicated power to each, top rated studio grade cabling and the perfect strings. I have a great tone! but then I put the Bluechip TD35 in my hand, instantly it felt right, smooth and silky, gliding over the strings like oil on ice, it's NICE! The old saying you get what you pay for, is true in this case without a doubt! I'm sold and a big FAN!

The TD35 feels good in my fingers and seems to glide over the strings. Playing either hard or soft is smooth.

If you've never played with a blue chip pick before, they are slippery on the strings (no friction), but not at all slippery between your fingers. The TD 35 is about as thick as a fender medium plastic pick of the same shape. They pull excellent tone--like tortoiseshell, except they don't split and fray like tortoiseshell. They stay polished, and they seem to last forever. I bought one in 2008 (six+ years years ago) and it looks brand new. If you don't lose it, its all you need.

I'm mainly a finger picker with a steady roll to accompany my voice. But when I want to get down on Tennessee Stud or We're Only Passin' Through, I use a flatpick. And what a flatpick the TD35 is.It gives my Martin D-28 Marquis with Med SP an incredible kick. Sometimes I turn the pick and pick with the rounde shoulder. Another sound happens and makes the guitar really ring out. Years ago after a Military trip to Japan I got one of those "clickety clickety" picks and my Blue Chip really approach that long ago sound. So the price is worth the wonderful sound you get.

I have been using this pick for about 3 weeks now. I have played eight 3 hour gigs plus several hours of jamming with friends. So far, I do not see any wear on the pick. It feels really nice in the hand. This pick has a very good texture. The tone from both acoustic and electric is very warm. I am used to playing with a Fe**der medium and this is just a little stiffer (thicker). But I have gotten used to the difference and have grown to really LOVE my Blue Chip Pick !!
