Bought first pick about 9 months ago. I didn't use it because I was afraid of losing a $32 pick. Finally I spent some time playing with it and decided to buy two more just in case I did lose it. It s worth the money. I can't really explain the difference but helps me play faster rhythm and boy do I need help. Tell you one thing-if anyone else picks up my guitar, I watch my pick like a hawk.

Since I am beginner, really can not say much. I have a TD35 and its seems to warm up in thumb and finger and makes it easy to control.

I have tried many many picks ranging from .57 to 1.5 mm thickness, including different brands and materials. My dilemma with thinner picks is lack of control but with thicker ones sometimes a harsh noise created by the pick itself. I bought the thinnest Blue Chip available because thus far my preference for strumming has been a .73 and thicker for picking, so this was a decent compromise.
This blue chip offers a cleaner sound (limited pick noise) and better control provided by a thicker pick for strumming. In addition there is a depth to the sound that surprised me. I would compare it to putting on a fresh set of strings. So with an excellent guitar the refinement list just grew from new strings and better saddle to include a Blue Chip pick. This really brings out the best. Now I need to buy a thicker one to see how I like that for picking.
The feel of it is also really nice. Not only is it very smooth but somehow it doesn't seem to slip as much as some picks. My hands are very dry and that is a common problem for me.

I don't normally like "thick" picks, but the TD35 is perfect! Best pick I've played and really makes a difference bringing out the best tone of my guitar. Very versatile and worth the purchase

The TD35 really gives a very clean clear sound with just the right amount of brightness. I have purchased the TD50 which gives a much deeper sound. Also have the TD40 and enjoy it also. You can't go wrong with the Blue Chip Picks you will be amazed.

I have played professionally for decades and haven't used a pick for years, electric or acoustic, but recently started playing my acoustic out with other pickers so I needed a little more juice! I do not like picks due to feel and noise they create, but this TD35 is very much like the old tortoise shell picks my grandfather passed down to me. Those I don't use for fear of breaking or losing them. TD35 is easy to grip, slick and quiet very much like the real deal. And it's an every day working pick to boot. Good job Blue Chip!

This is the best pick I've ever used. I let a guitar maker and he was very impressed.

At first I was hesitant because I don't care for a thick pick. I ordered the TD35 and love it. Very quick off the strings and very little to no pick noise. Customer service was great as well. Absolutely live it. Will be ordering The TD40 very soon

Been using TD40 picks for a couple of years. Didn't think a 35 would make much of a difference but decided to try one anyway. Was pleasantly surprised to find that it did. Best way to describe it is "brighter". I've got stone picks and I've got bone picks and everything in between. Blue Chip are at the top of my list. I'm now using 35, 40 and 50 thickness for different instruments and applications. Very happy with them.
