5 excellent product
Posted by Jared on 19th Feb 2025
This is my second Blue Chip pick. I didn’t opt for the personal engraving either my first pick purchase. I didn’t opt not make that same mistake this time around. I show my BC pick to every guitar player I encounter. Quite happy with both of my Blue Chip plectrums and will be purchasing a 2.0 mm pick in the future. Great product that will last a lifetime.

I really tried to not like it as much, but I've ordered a couple more since my first already.... Not sure why but it just feels and sounds better to me than all the rest

5 Excellent, worth the $$

I was sceptical, especially the with cost ordering from Australia. Nonetheless, I am very satisfied with the picks i ordered. I was worried the TD35 was going to be too thick as i usually play a Dunlop .6, but it works great for strumming and lead lines on both acoustic and electric, defintely not too thick. I love the feel and is very "grippy" and actually feel it makes my picking better as the pick just never moves in my fingers as it usually does.

5 love these! …used this one right away with the NY Philharmonic.

It got there just in time for performances with pianist Yuga Wang. Sometimes the right tool is a pick that can push out some sound!

5 Slippery but great
Posted by Stephen L Kimberley on 5th Feb 2025
I was skeptical about Blue Chips until I felt one. From the first time I used it I noted an easier picking motion. A better ring to the strings and very definitely smoother release of the pick from the string. the only concern I have is that they slip out of my fingers almost everytime I play so I have put tape over the top to aid the grip. Some picks have enhanced grip but I still drop them. They are rather spooky though as I lose them and they reappear suddenly in plain view!

4 Good but not a game changer
Posted by Craig on 4th Feb 2025
Finally broke down and bought a TD 35 to see what all the buzz was about. I like it a lot but I honestly can't tell any difference in tone or feel to my Dunlop Tortex .88s. And I'm not afraid of losing them.

5 Mixed review

The 35 was a bit too thin for my ears--I generally play with a TP-60 or TAD-80--but it still gets five stars. I loaned it to one of my HS students to try on his electrics. Says it's the best pick he's ever used. I traded the TD35 to my daughter in law for the TP-1R 40 she's been using. She says its the best pick she's ever used.

5 Very nice.

I got this, custom lettering, for the mandolin. It’s a bit thin for that, a misunderstanding on my part, but the sound is fantastic all the same. I’ll end up getting a more appropriate thickness.
