Product Overview

Inspired by Andy Wood, the IBJ55 pick is larger than a regular Jazz pick, and smaller than a Jazz LG.  It has a universal rounded bevel and comes with 6 pre-drilled holes in the center. This pick is 55/1000 of an inch(1.4mm) thickness. All of our picks are professionally machined, hand beveled, and laser etched. 

 

Quarters, Nickels and Dimes, if included in the pictures, are for size reference only. They are not etched on the picks or included with the sale. To use this reference, please place a coin on your current non-Bluechip pick and then compare to the pictures of our picks with coins on top of them. This will help you choose the pick that is closest to your current favorite size and shape.

    Great little pick with no slip grip

    This is a really good pick. It took a few minutes for me to get used to it because I normally use picks with a larger footprint (TAD40 and CT55). This pick stays in place and is easy to re-grip for playing at a different angle without the fear of dropping it at a critical point in the music.

    My new favorite pick, clarity and articulation are amazing. I has a nice crisp top end that translates playing various rhythm styles as well as lead lines. Slightly smaller than the BC Jazz LG pick but larger than the standard jazz pick, right in between for a perfect fit. Great pick.

    Love this pick. I wish that BlueChip would do the same perforation with the TD picks!
