Product Description
This is the TAD-1R pick in 40/1000th of an inch(1.0mm) thickness. It is identical to the TAD, but HAS ONE ROUNDED CORNER. All of our picks are professionally machined, hand beveled, and laser etched.
Quarters, Nickels and Dimes, if included in the pictures, are for size reference only. They are not etched on the picks or included with the sale. To use this reference, please place a coin on your current non-Bluechip pick and then compare to the pictures of our picks with coins on top of them. This will help you choose the pick that is closest to your current favorite size and shape.

I have become quite the pick snob these days and having a lefty beveled pick for both mando and guitar is great. I use it for mandocello as well. great tone, feel and versatility. Bravo!

blue chip pics bring out the finest tonality your instrument is capable of.
It brings out the overtones and all the richness and the color and the vibrance of any stringed instrument. Especially if you have a high-quality instrument ,like a Taylor or Martin etc.… All of the magic comes out with this pic alone. There is no comparison to any other standard cheap pick. as an audiophile… The sound improvement with these pics is so dramatic it’s hard to express or explain… You just have to experience it to understand it! I personally found that new chords that I never thought of or learned would simply emerge because the combination of strings played are harmonized with this pic in a way that is not possible with other cheaper standard pics. I was super skeptical with a friend recommended this pricier pic then, when I played with it it blew my mind and I’ve been playing for 35 years and nothing compares I recommend you try them out if you are a serious musician or just want to get the best sound out of your instrument.

Very smooth bevel makes for speed and it seems to be made of good material that I hope will not break. I know a number of players who love Blue Chip picks. It’s just that they are SO expensive!! I’m glad I could have my name & phone number engraved on it in case I lose it! (Honor system just might work.) As for how well it works for the long haul, I have to try it for a year. But so far so good.

I have purchased several Blue Chip picks , they are pricy but to me worth the money , I have a handicap in my right hand which makes it hard to hold. A pick , Blue chip has has an Amazing grip due to the material used . It also holds up well , but the best thing is it produces the richest sound a Acoustic Guitar is Capable of . I started with a TAD 40 then 60 . I lost the first pick . It’s surprising how the thickness of the pick changes tone , I finally went to a TAD -1r which has 2 pointed ends to use and one rounded that makes easier for strumming but softer . I keep one pick on each guitar so when I pick up my guitars the preferred pick is there. I highly recommend Blue Chils picks as well as many other . You won’t be disappointed , spoil yourself and try one

My Blue Chip pick gives an interface with the strings that makes playing more joyful. The sound is always just right.

Bluechip picks are the best picks on the market. The price might be higher than the rest, but rest assured that they are well worth the price. They even make an amateur sound better, and that is saying something. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a superior pick.

Best pick I have ever used. I love the size and grip for acoustic guitar. I ordered 2 for Xmas presents and decided to order one for myself especially since engraving was free.

This is the best pick I have ever used. I love the size, grip and tone of my new telecaster. Was a bit skeptical given the price but it is well worth the money.
