Why Can't I Log In?

You may notice that if you have created an account or ordered with us before October 2009 that your login details no longer work. We have significantly upgraded our software and cart system and because of the nature of the change we were unable to import old customer information.

In order to place an order, you will need to either set up a new account or checkout as a guest. If you need to reference an order older than October 2009 to check status or to find out what model you ordered, please contact us via email and we will get that information for you.
