Returns Policy

We are pleased to offer a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will refund your full purchase price.

The thirty day period begins on the day we ship your pick and picks that are returned must be in "as new" condition.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 
We have been asked if we offer a lifetime guarantee. Although our picks are very long lasting and extremely durable, they do not last forever and will wear eventually. All picks are consumables and will eventually wear out. Ours just take much longer than others.
